  • Rescheduling/Cancellations

    Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the start of your service. Cancellations made after this time will be subject to a $25 non-refundable fee before rescheduling your service.

  • Tardiness

    A 15 minute grace period will be given to all guests. Be aware, this may result in having to skip a haircut or blowdry to avoid running into the next guest’s appointment time.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.

  • Payments

    All payments for services can be made via Credit/Debit Card, Venmo, or cash.

    If paying with cash please bring exact change. Checks are not accepted.

  • Adjustments

    It is of utmost important to me that you leave happy with your hair. If you are not happy with the results of your service, please contact me within 1 week of your service and I will be more than happy to make any adjustments to your hair.
